This is Anderson Hawk, owner of Maxpure Stainless Co., Limited, due to my phone, email and my partner's factory were bothered by NEUMO-Ehrenberg Group and it's fellows, here I make the statement as following:

Maxpure Stainless Co., Limited(hereinafter referred to as Maxpure Stainless) is a legal company which registered in Hong Kong and protected by Hong Kong Basic Law. There is no relationship between Maxpure Stainless and NEUMO-Ehrenberg Group at Germany, and no business relationship also, we never use their trademark Maxpure on our products or exhibition. And we will not use it in future.

We have independent manufacturing plant in Wenzhou China. Our plant is engaged in design and manufacture of stainless steel sanitary pipe fittings since 1999. The purpose of we establish Maxpure Stainless is business development and products exhibition. How MAXPURE STAINLESS we registered? MAX means maximum or unlimited, PURE means simple and clean. I treated the stainless steel processing as my lifelong career, make and supply many more high purity stainless fittings to my customers. That's the reason WHY MAXPURE STAINLESS and WHY www.max-pure.com.

I don't know NEUMO and their Maxpure trademark before their fellows send email and get in my Wenzhou plant spy our production. At afternoon of Nov. 09th, a lady named Nan Peisi from NEUMO Shanghai Branch called me, she said she was Mrs. Li, as a Purchasing Specialist of Central States Industry(CSI) she got into our plant, she looked through our workshop, showroom and took some photos, at last she want to take our products printed my customer's LOGO away, because of occupational sensitivity I refused her.

When the lady left our plant, I contacted with my CSI connections, they told me CSI as an Alfa Laval distributor located inUSA, they never buy from Chinese supplier directly. For this event Maxpure Stainless reserve the right of prosecution to commercial espionage.
